79% developed their leadership skills
66% could deal with interpersonal issues more effectively
This research clearly evidences the link between investment in management and leadership development and business improvement.
Furthermore, there is no better time to do this given that up to £7000 of funding is available for management training and development for organisations with up to 999 employees.
