This practical course helps participant’s to plan, structure and design training material that will influence measurable changes in the knowledge, skills and behaviours of delegates.  Participants will also learn about training needs analysis methodologies and evaluation tools and techniques.

  • An understanding of the 5 levels of measurement and tools that can support measurement at each level
  • The ability to diagnose stakeholder expectations and priority training needs
  • The knowledge and skills to write clear course aims and objectives and produce well structured training notes/material
  • A toolkit of training methods to help introduce variety, engage learners and accelerate learning

HR professionals, managers, supervisors or team leaders who would like to develop the capability to design and produce their own training notes/materials (either for themselves or for other people).
