This comprises a focused, bespoke approach to building/ strengthening new or established teams. An Adalta facilitator runs a series of bespoke team building training activities designed to address specific team requirements/development needs. A preliminary diagnosis is conducted to clarify and agree the needs/ expectations and desired outputs. Typical areas of development include trust, communication, influencing, establishing focus and direction, team values/relationships and dynamics.
