This negotiation skills training course helps participants to develop the techniques and skills needed to achieve a ‘win/win’ outcome and build future relationships in any negotiation situation.   Participants will learn how to adapt their own negotiating style to influence a positive outcome.  Practical experience is also gained from case study simulations.
