Fast-track to Chartered Manager Status
If you hold a CMI Level 5 or above Diploma in Management and Leadership, and have a minimum of three years’ management experience, you can fast-track to Chartered Manager status in the most cost-effective way. Depending on your experience, you might even attain ‘Fellow Member’ status. How’s that for a feather in your cap?
The ‘exemption’ route enables you to build upon the knowledge and expertise demonstrated through completion of the qualification. This fast-track route seeks to confirm your acquired knowledge, skills and applied learning to deliver effective management performance. Additionally it allows you to confirm ethical practice and plans for future development.
A 3-step Process:
The application involves four key questions which take your Level 5 or above Diploma qualification completion as the start point and prompts you to consider how you have applied your learning and how you are effective in your management role as a result.
Following the coaching conversation the application is written and produced on your behalf. Adalta manage the application and approval process. Upon successful approval by the CMI you will be awarded Chartered Member (CMgr MCMI) or Chartered Fellow (CMgr FCMI) dependent on experience.
So you might just be 3 steps away from getting Chartered. That’s a badge you can wear with pride.
What’s the cost?
Chartered Member status (CMgr MCMI): £300 + VAT
Chartered Fellow* status (CMgr FCMI): £350 + VAT
* Requires a minimum of ten years’ management experience with at least 3 of these at strategic level
Please note that Chartered Managers are required to retain their Chartered membership grade with the CMI, and, if prompted by CMI provide an up to date CPD record indicating how they have been developing their management skills over the last 2 years.
If you don’t have a Level 5 or above Diploma, remember we can take you through both the qualification and Chartered Manager application process.
