This is an intense, but highly practical high-impact programme which develops the knowledge and capability of HR Professionals to facilitate language and behavioural profiling within their organisation. The programme helps participants to learn motivation triggers and working traits to then successfully discover language and behavioural patterns which provide valuable insights into the individual’s character. This offers a range of applications, for example; recruitment and selection interviews, performance management, performance modelling, team development, etc. Simulations are integrated to apply the process of LAB profiling and receive feedback in a supportive environment.
