The Award:

The Level 2 Award in Team Leading is a concise qualification which enables you to strengthen and develop your knowledge of the various roles and responsibilities of a team leader through focusing on skills areas.

To achieve a Chartered Management Institute Award in Team Leading, you need to successfully complete at least one unit to a minimum of 5 credits.

The Certificate:

The Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading is a more extensive qualification which allows you to broaden your knowledge of team leading skills whilst still maintaining the flexibility to focus on the specific leadership areas appropriate to you and your workplace.

To achieve a Chartered Management Institute Certificate in Team Leading, you need to successfully complete any combination units to a minimum of 15 credits.

The Diploma:

The Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading is a more comprehensive structured qualification providing you with all of the key leadership skills to enable you to operate effectively as a Team Leader. It allows you to develop a range of team leadership competencies from building relationships within the workplace to controlling resources.

To achieve a Chartered Management Institute Diploma in Team Leading, you need to complete all core units (Group A) and one optional unit (Group B) to a minimum total of at least 38 credits.
