Adalta Development Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect information from employers and learners for registration, quality assurance and marketing reasons.
For learners completing a qualification and/ or Apprenticeship, data may be shared with the Chartered Management Institute, Education and Skills Funding Agency and other partner organisations for the legitimate purposes of providing the best possible learning experience and environment for the individual. We do not share any personal information unless we have received your explicit permission to do so.
Your rights to access and amend your data are protected by the current data protection legislation. Requests should be made in writing to:

1. How do we collect information?
We will obtain personal information from you when you enquire about our services, register with us, or otherwise provide us with personal information. We may also receive information about you from partner organisations, for example from the Chartered Management Institute and the Education and Skills Funding Agency.

2. What information do we collect?
Adalta collect basic contact information at the point of enquiry.  Personal information is collected during programme registration for CMI qualifications, management Apprenticeships and in-house management programmes.

3. How do we use this information?
Your personal information is used for identification and registration purposes to support quality assurance and ensure the best possible learning experience.  We may share your information with partner organisations such as Chartered Management Institute and Education that are supportive of our aims and objectives. When you provide your details you will be asked if you give consent for your information to be shared. You can change your mind at any time by contacting us in writing at the above address.

4. How do we protect personal information?
We use a secure server to store all information received. We also take appropriate measures to ensure that the information disclosed to us is accurate, up to date and kept only for so long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is used.

5. Will we disclose the information we collect to outside parties?
As indicated above, we may pass your information to our partner organisations if you have consented. We do not share any personal information unless we have received your explicit permission to do so. We may also need to disclose your information if required to do so by law.

6. Right of access
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies in your information corrected. Please request this via admin@adaltadevelopment.co.uk.

7. Changes
If your personal details change, please help us to keep your information up to date by notifying us at the above address.We reserve the right to amend this privacy statement. If we do so, we will post notice of the change on our website and you will be deemed to have accepted such changes.

8. Marketing
If you register an interest with Adalta Development, you will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from future marketing communications, which will be acted on promptly.
