This Equality and Diversity Training course from Adalta provides managers supervisors and team leaders with this knowledge.

Duration: 1-day

Overview: Participant’s will gain an understanding of current equality and diversity legislation and ways in which they can promote and embed equal behaviour within their organisation. During this Equality and Diversity Training Course case studies and simulations will be integrated in to the course to help to support application of learning.

What participants will gain:

  • A clear understanding of current legislation and social context of equality, diversity and disability and their role in ensuring compliance?
  • The skills and behaviours required to manage unequal behaviour effectively and minimise bad practise in the work environment
  • The ability to tackle unequal behaviour confidently and professionally
  • The ability to influence buy-in and evolve a team ethic centred on equality and diversity

Suitable for: Managers, supervisors or team leaders who are responsible for managing and the development of others

Delivery routes:
Our bespoke in-house training and coaching courses are delivered either on site or at a venue of your choice.

The training we offer in this area can be delivered as follows:

  • In-house training course, tailored to your company and the group of learners as standard. Courses are delivered for a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 16 participants, although 12 is recommended.
  • In-house coaching delivered either on a one-to-one or small group coaching basis for up to 3 participants

Flexibility:
Customisation options: Course content can be tailored to meet the needs of the organisation and support existing HR Policies and Guidelines.
