This coach the coach training course develops participant’s capability to maximise the potential and talent in others, improving performance and results.  Participants will develop core coaching skills, behaviours and mindset to apply coaching in different contexts.  The course is experiential in nature with many practical exercises and practice sessions integrated throughout the 2-days. This course would ideally be followed up by external coaching so that participants could be supported in running their initial coaching sessions.
