We offer Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualifications such as award, certificate or diploma, which span all levels of management, from Level 2 (team leader/supervisory level) up to Level 7 (senior management level).

The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) is the leading organisation for professional management qualifications in the UK and the only route to gaining Chartered management status.

Smaller qualifications such as an Award, can be achieved in as little as 15 study hours total study time and start from as little as £295 per person. Alternatively more comprehensive qualifications such as a Diploma can be spread over a 12–18 month period. Diplomas start from as little as £1795 per person. This means that we are able to relate the programme to your industry/business and offer flexibility in the way it is delivered and assessed. All candidates have constant access to a designated Ppersonal Coach/Assessor to support them through their qualification.

Chartered management institute (CMI) qualifications can be delivered either via a corporate programme or fast track coaching. Corporate programmes are ideally suited for 6+ candidates who would attend a series of tailored, structured workshops that are typically delivered in-house. Fast track coaching offers an accelerated route to achieving a qualification. It is suitable for up to 5 candidates who would benefit from targeted, individual or group coaching sessions.

The ultimate hallmark of management competence and professionalism is gaining Chartered Management Status. Through Adalta, candidates can achieve this at the same time as working towards a level 5 or level 7 Diploma.
