After the designation has been achieved, Chartered Managers are required to submit an annual update (commitment of 1-2 hours per year) of continued development and to demonstrate the ongoing ability to use the key skills of Leading People & managing change to make a difference.

How does Chartered Manager fit with a qualification?
The management project that forms part of a level 5 and level 7 management qualification can be tailored to provide the evidence for the impact submission
The 360-degree assessment can be integrated into developmental reviews completed as part of the qualification
Candidates will have exemption from the CPD element of Chartered Manager on completion of their qualification
The upgrade to full membership with the Chartered Management Institute on completion of the qualification and a year’s membership is included
In addition to the above candidates will need to prepare for a 45 minute panel interview
