Working with one of the UK’s leading independent building service businessess;
We delivered a professional management qualification (Level 5) targeted at project managers across the business. The client wanted a more flexible approach that aligned the learning outcomes closely to the organisations vision, values and strategic objectives. Adalta worked closely with the awarding body (Chartered Management Institute) to develop a blended learning solution which integrated real-time assessment methods and live projects that directly impacted the company's bottom line.
We delivered the TOP Programme - a senior level organisational development programme aimed at 'Tapping Organisational Potential'. The programme combined 360° profiling, language and behavioural profiling, executive coaching and action-learning master classes.
