By increasing self- awareness we can develop an understanding of how we are perceived by others and whether this perception is having the desired effect. This Developing Self- awareness Training course is recommended as a foundation for personal learning and development.
Developing Self-Awareness Training aim:
This enlightening course will build each participant’s self-awareness by using techniques to access information about themselves. They then can use the information to develop an understanding of how they are perceived by others and the effect this has on their performance and profile. Participants will discover the link between feedback and performance to enable their performance and profile to be maximised within the organisation.
Our bespoke in-house training and coaching courses are delivered either on site or at a venue of your choice. The training we offer in this area can be delivered as follows:
- In-house training course, tailored to your company and the group of learners as standard. Courses are delivered for a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 16 participants, although 12 is recommended.
- In-house coaching delivered either on a one-to-one or small group coaching basis for up to 3 participants

During this course participants will also explore how to clarify stakeholder expectations and will learn empowerment tools and approaches.

This communication skills training course helps participants to explore and apply the underpinning principles of effective communication. Participants will gain greater awareness of how they are perceived and how to communicate with more impact.
