This appraisal skills training course enables participants to improve and manage staff performance consistently and effectively.  Participants will learn how to prepare for appraisals and conduct them in a way that inspires and motivates staff.  Participants will also learn how to set SMART objectives and deal confidently and professionally with poor performers.
